These traditional biscuits trace their roots to leftover mooncake dough, once baked into simple shapes for children while the grown-ups enjoyed the main mooncakes. Over time, these humble “mooncake biscuits” became a nostalgic delight of their own — buttery, lightly sweet, and deeply aromatic.

We created this to honour the classics we loved as kids — now reimagined for the next generation to enjoy.
