How can I place an order?

  • All available delivery/pick up dates can be viewed at the checkout page. Simply add the bakes to cart, select your preferred date and you will receive an order confirmation email with payment details. Do proceed to make payment within 30 minutes for your order to be processed and an acknowledgement email will be sent after verification. All that's left to do is to wait for your bakes!

Can I self collect? Where are you located?

  • Yes, of course! Self collection can be made at our place located in Seletar Hills Estate from 3pm onwards. Do remember to select the 'self pick up' option when checking out! Exact address will be given at checkout :)

What are your delivery rates?

  • We charge a flat rate of $10 per location.
    • Additional $10 required for delivery to: Neo Tiew, Old Lim Chu Kang, Lim Chu Kang, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, CBD (ERP Zones). We will contact you regarding the surcharge if required :)
    • No delivery to restricted areas within Singapore.
  • If you require delivery to multiple locations, kindly place 1 order per delivery location. If you require assistance on this, feel free to reach out to us via our contact form or via email.
  • All deliveries will be made between 1-6pm. If you require an earlier or later timing, please contact us and we will advise if possible.

  • Please ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. A re-delivery fee of $10 will be charged. 

How can I make payment?

  • We accept the following modes of payment: Paylah!/PayNow/Bank Transfer
  • Paylah!/PayNow: 96352694
  • Bank Transfer: DBS Savings Plus 015-3-051838
  • Kindly send us a screenshot of your transaction for verification purposes

Are you halal-certified?

  • No, we are not halal-certified but we try our best to use ingredients that are. No pork, lard or alcohol used in all bakes. We also work in a kitchen that is solely used for baking only :)

Do you take bulk/corporate/group buy orders?

  • Yes! Please reach out to us via our contact formemailInstagram, or simply chat with us for enquiries on bulk/corporate/group buy orders. 

Do you have a physical shop?

  • So sorry, no. We are a small home-based business and we only take preorders. If you require an order urgently, please reach out to us via our store chat and we'll try our best to help! 

How long can I keep the bakes for?
