THE HUMBLE LOAF [WHOLEMEAL & RYE SOURDOUGH - NATURALLY LEAVENED]

Denser, maltier, and full of character — our take on a classic. We blend wholemeal and rye flours into our natural sourdough starter, giving it a denser crumb, a deeper malty flavour, and a good amount of chew. Slow-fermented for better digestibility and that signature tang, with a thin crust that holds up well to toasting.

• ~550-580g per loaf

• Freezer friendly (up to 1 month)! Cling wrap tightly and store in a ziplock bag
• Comes unsliced by default
• All sliced loaves have to be cling wrapped and kept in the fridge (1-2 weeks)
• Unsliced loaves can be kept at room temperature for up to 4 days
